eDAct! - The Activities Management Tool

What is eDAct! ?

eDAct! is an Activities Management Tool that will help you to manage any personal to professional activities, from projects to the preparation of a wedding. From the moment when more than one action, more than one person or more than a few days are necessary to reach certain objectives then an activity can be initiated.

Generic yet Simple Concept

Several people cooperate within an activity by creating a workgroup, they take actions and share information on the course of this activity (events) as well as documents. All that is carried out within a defined scope in order to achieve specific goals. An activity has a known start date and an expected end date. It is under the administrative responsibility of a person, the activity owner.

Two Access Modes

Via the Activities Portal or, for each participant, via his personal Portal to have a direct view on his actions lists, latest events and more.

Pre-defined Reports

Out-of-the box reporting on activity level showing numbers of hours and mandays equivalent spent on the different tasks types.

Integrated Modules

eDToolbox, eDNews and eDExplorer are coming pre-installed and integrated inside the application.
